Horizon did a fantastic job at our house and we will call them first for any other plumbing work we need in the future. They were supremely responsive, professional and helpful - answering all our questions and making the city permit/refund process incredibly stress free for us. Horizon Plumbing and Piping has a team of honest, polite, trustworthy and very professional people. Their prices are fair, they offer great customer service from the first point of contact to the plumber who arrives pretty much always on time. Any changes are communicated to the customer immediately so you are never left wondering why the plumber is late, which is very unusual. Horizon Plumbing is fantastic! They're nice, professional, on time, they do a quality job for prices that are more than fair. You name it, they are perfect. They are my peace of mind when it comes to the plumbing. My house is old and full of mischief. I can appreciate competent workers, always on time and works quietly & efficiently. Kris was the main installer, he is over the top, efficient, calm with attention to details, leaves the place clean.A+ He is training a helper, he takes time to explain the process.It's a very pleasant experience. I like to. hear the boys complementing their boss who provides good leadership & appreciation with breakfast at Cora weekly. Happy workers, happy clients I will recommend Horizon plumbing to friends.
