I was very disappointed in the lack of parking for casino guests on a Saturday night. We were told that it was a $20 fee to park even though we had a member card for the casino. One employee said to show them the card and there we be no fee. After waiting in traffic we were then told we still had to pay the $20 fee and we would get our money back when we went to the casino. Stayed here several times and after last night never again will my family and I be back. Very rude people working there. Made the reservation 2 nights ago, called yesterday afternoon to verify my reservation and to ask for a river view and everything was good to go and I told the person that I would be having a late check in since i got off work til 5 and had a 1 1/2 hr drive. Complete change in customer satisfaction! Rooms are more like best western and barely working a.c and fridge doesnt keep food cold. Just not the old lumiere
