We recently ate at the Buffet....last Sunday the 22nd to be exact. We have eaten here several times previously and it is always delicious, but not this time. The food choices were few and what was there didn't look appetizing, was cold or undercooked. We saw very few staff and people had to wait on the person carving the meat as he was busy chatting up his co-workers. Unfortunately we were not the only one's disappointed. The worst! Called day before to ask about early check in. No problem they said, hotel is half empty. Get here after long car ride ready to shower and get to a meeting, and told computers are updating and no check ins until noon. Never again!
