It’s hard to over estimate how great this studio is. The instructors are amazing and always helpful with postures and gently improving my practice. I live the heat and really enjoy the mix of every troupe and level of class so there’s something for everyone.

Really love this place. Easy parking, great location, awesome I structure and classes. It’s a bit on the pricey side w/o Groupon, but still worth it! Definitely a lot more women in attendance, but that just means the mens room is that much less crowded. Had to shower after sweating really hard in my last class and it was a well stocked and super clean “mens room” that had awesome oversized showers, and it was all just really well done.
