At did great, I like the balance workouts and cardio mix Music is okay, little swagger is nice sometimes I would just work on streamlining a playlist to match the workouts Maybe call out a plan for multi excersies down the road so you don’t have to do new instructions for every workout

I can’t say enough about how amazing this place is. The front desk guy is warm and sweet and kind and normal. The 6am instructor has got to be the best I ever had Barre & Sculpt. She’s compassionate and brings her entire heart to the teaching. I feel so grateful to be able to have class here. I am recovering from an ankle injury and she knows exactly how to modify and she doesn’t make me feel bad about it. Way to go Hot Yoga 8 !!

I love the facility. The class was ok. The power class really wasn't challenging and I've taken really challenging and more "flow" from other teachers at hot 8 yoga before.
