Might take some colleagues. I lasted 45 minutes in intermediate, then had to step out. I body build, and was overheating. I've never felt more relaxed. The tension is my shoulders gone. I took a shower after, their showers are like rain. John was nice, he made extra sure I was good since I had to step out early

I love this place. kind of sad that my pass only last one month and I may very well end up getting a membership. Class times can vary but they definitely have plenty to choose from!
I couldn’t be more excited to start! As a returning hot Yogi lover, I can say that the staff was amazing in getting me started and the vibe feels absolutely perfect! Can’t wait to get to work.
