The studio is always clean the front desk is always Pleasant the parking is amazing this the instructors are wonderful. My only feedback would be that the instructors, insist that latecomers go to the front of the room and not crowd out the back rows. it is rude and unfair to students who are on time and we all need space especially in Yin.

It was really good. I only come to Yin yoga class. Usually with Eddy. I’m not super consistent but trying. This time was a different teacher and I also liked her. I appreciated the fact that she didn’t pumped the heat so I was able to have less stress due to the heat and more relaxation and let go which I needed the most.

I always love my Hot 8 Yoga classes. I usually do hot power fusion because it works in my schedule. It is an amazing class and I always feel very liberated and peaceful afterwards.
