Absolutely love Illan’s barre class. He changes up the music and the workout every class. He motivates and pushes you to the very last second of class. Wish he taught more classes in Pasadena because we need more Illan!

The studio is always very clean and the staff is very friendly. The instructor, Daisy, has amazing energy and is always so positive. It makes class so much fun!

Beautiful studio I love attending classes at Hot 8 Yoga. I wish it wasn’t so crowded in the ladies locker room. I also would love it if people would refrain from chatting while in the studio. Especially in Yin, HPF and Power classes. Other than that it’s a great place to practice yoga, the instructors are amazing. Except 1 that yells during her whole entire Sculpt class at Sherman Oaks.

I am not new to yoga, but I am definitely brand new to hot yoga, I can’t say enough good things I work a very stressful job where I am on my feet, 12 hours or more a day, and I weigh train. So all of this is very hard on my body and going to these classes have really change the way I feel. I feel so rejuvenated and limber the studio provides a workout that you could never get at a gym.
