Hot 8 is my “go to” place for giving my body and mind the thorough reset that it regularly needs. The quality of teachers, the quality of the facilities, the cleanliness, and the community make it a treat to go every time.

I was so pleased. The front desk was supportive and the yoga studio was a plus, the heat, audio and music selection perfect. The instruction and guidance the teacher provided was welcoming and encouraging all to further their habits. Her voice said 'have fun', you'll got here on Saturday -and she gave structured verbal coaching so the movement and flow appeared seamless - knowing her expectations - what's next.
Great place to work Out after work
I love this studio and have been going here since it opened. I love the friendly staff and teachers. Just a friendly suggestion to the management, I hope that they don’t put new inexperienced teachers in the 4-7PM schedules and instead make them train harder before they assign them the prime time slots. I do give Teacher Casey 5 stars rating. I think he’s the only HPF teacher there who truly understands the concept of Hot Yoga and follows Yoga ethics. I really like his firm approach to teaching HPF. I love hot8.
I love the staff . They’re super friendly and take the time to know your name. The studio is well kept. The only complaint I have is that the lotion is often out in the ladies’ bathroom. Other then that . I highly recommend this studio to everyone. I have a few friends that joined this year. Many thanks for the great work that y’all do!
