I appreciate the clean facilities and bathroom. And the feeling I get after doing yoga in the hot temperature is fantastic. I have done yoga in other places without the heat and the workout does not feel as good. Hot 8 yoga definitely gives me the best workout for my body and mind so thank you

I have been attending classes weekly/biweekly at Hot 8 Yoga (Santana Row) for about 7 months now. The studio was the reason I decided to try hot yoga again after trying the traditional 90-min class a few years prior feeling very intimidated of it. The classes Hot 8 provides are a variety of fusions (1-hour) on top of the 90min class. The instructors are helpful and friendly. I love all the instructors . They are all super friendly and really enjoy what they do. That also goes to all the teachers in training. The studio is clean . Shower towels and wet towels are always available. The staff who work in the front desk are warm and welcoming. So far the Santana Row studio is doing a fantastic job!
