This is a beautiful hotel! We loved the old architecture and the staff was very pleasant and helpful! We will definitely stay there again when we need lodging in the downtown St. Paul area.

I stayed in a King Room on the 12th floor. The room was clean, had a great view, and was well appointed. It has an “old hotel” feel that was cool and about half the price of The St Paul Hotel (which no longer has an old hotel feel in the rooms.) Ramp parking was convenient and offered in/out. The only disappointments were the bathroom and heating. Bathroom is clean but EXTREMELY small. I am 5’4” and was unable to bend over in the shower, which had no shelves or anyplace to set shampoo, etc. Heating worked but was noisy. ... read more
