Lady on 2nd floor bar was exceptional!! We loved her! :) We had a corner room which was lovely! I thought it was a nice size considering it was in NYC! I probably would have rated a little higher but we had a little problem with soda exploding in our mini fridge at 1am waking us up, we were told someone would be there immediately and I had to call back 20-30 minutes later. The gentleman wanted to clean up the fridge and chip the ice out at 1:30am. No thank you… I just had him remove it from our room so we could go back to sl... read more
Charged $50 per night upon check in for some sort of fee. This is unacceptable and misleading when I booked this room!
