The hotel room was spacious, especially for NYC. We had a terrace that wrapped around the hotel. Staff was friendly and the complimentary wine service was an awesome bonus!
But check in and check out experience was amazing. The customer service was amazing. We even got a complementary room upgrade and the room was beautiful, clean and accommodating for the one night we were there.
Elevator malfunction and no air conditioning in the hallways
All good.
