It was clean and convenient
Well appointed. I loved the suite with its views, space, fridge, and microwave. I appreciate that it is connected to a real restaurant. The Front Desk reception and bellhop was great. Gabriella was so pleasant and provided a high level of service.
Central Station Gem I had a generally and genuinely a positive experience. The staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was comfortable and well maintained, providing a relaxing environment. However, the bathroom door would not stay in a closed position and did not have a way to keep it closed, as it was a sliding barn door style with no latch, hook or lock, just kept sliding fully open.
