Room was great. Staff so so. Not very welcoming and rushed. For the accommodations i stayed, it can be a lot better.
Decent hotel but they messed up my bills by charging me twice for the $30 COMPLIMENTARY food and drinks, there were no snacks in the mini-bar, couldn’t sleep during night 2 due to an odd double tapping noise coming from the 18th floor ceiling. They still owe me $40.91.
