I really enjoyed staying at this property for my 48 hours stay in New York. I came here to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday, and I called the hotel in advance of our arrival and asked them to do a special surprise. The staff was more than accommodating to my request, they left us a nice letter in the room thanking us for being VIP members and also gave us a free bottle of wine, with macaroons. Rude front desk It was a very pleasant hotel experience up until the moment that the both elevators were out of order and I had to leave for the airport. I don’t have the body strength tp carry a heavy luggage for 9 floors. The person at the front desk Brady was very mean to me at the phone, not helping at all, not telling me when he can send help. Just saying they have only one person to carry luggages. Even when I came down, he put words in my mouth saying I wanted help immidiately which was a lie. I always asked a ballpar... read more
