Phenomenal customer service and security
Poor Maintenance Very nice/newer hotel. Very few staff. Toilet was clogged entire stay. Never fixed!
They never cleaned the room like they said they would
My check in time was at 3, room wasn’t ready at 4:30 when I arrived.
Overall nice, floor said have had a vending machine. There was no where to ever get cup of water. You to call downstairs and then they recommend you to someone else. A nice vending world have been nice
Resort? Not really. I personally see this hotel as barely above basic. I’m not sure why there is a resort fee. I didn’t get any resort type feel or anything special for the fee. I would personally stay elsewhere without a resort fee.
