We loved the wine and cheese hour and late access to coffee in the beautiful lounge. The staff was very responsive and helpful. The room had a missing bulb in a light fixture. We had to call to have it put in. The barn style bathroom door did not shut and remained open about 6 inches, which we did not like. We were told by maintenance, that it could not close completely. Everything was clean and the service was good also really friendly
Would stay again! I loved my stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly. The location was walking distance from grand central (close to many subway lines). There was a complimentary wine and cheese hour with unlimited drinking and eating!
