Check-in was left to new staff member unfamiliar with Hotels.com procedures. Room was 59% on arrival. Room clock flashed uncontrollably, with inaccurate time. Don't know what to say about free breakfast hours of 4-8 AM. Early for me, but most guests did apparently check out by 8:00. Once in the room, the hotel was nice and people were friendly. Overall, the price was higher than for most other hotels where I stayed on this long trip, but the experience did not justify the difference. One serious problem that isn't the hotel'... read more

Clean, friendly staff, but lots of noise. Morning breakfast was cold.
Small town USA Check your reservation, Hotels.com had me in there for 3 rooms when rez said 1. Friendly staff, different breakfast each day. Basic room, comfy bed, clean. Large flat TV on wall, small desk, *tiny* 12" wide open wood rack for clothes. Fridge, micro. Dim single overhead room light, nice bedside lamp. Clean simple bathroom. Exterior being repainted, still looks old. Top of hill, edge of town, so long walk to small town center, need to drive.
Good hotel for the area New, very clean and very basic hotel in very small town. Staff are all quite friendly and helpful.

A Great Place to Stay This is a very nice independent motel. The staff is friendly, the rates are reasonable, the beds are comfortable, and the continental breakfast is better than expected. I will definitely stay here whenever I am in the Killdeer area.

The room is small, but okay. The recliner was comfy and there was a fridge and a 700 watt microwave. Plus a counter in lieu of a desk, desk chair was comfy. Bathroom was also tiny, but clean. Can’t comment on breakfast, because we didn’t have it! The bed was extremely comfortable! The air conditioner was soothingly noisy. So that’s the good stuff - oh, plus the bottles of water and crackers in the room. However…why the hotel called several times between 7:30 and 7:45, to see if we were still coming, was both puzzling and ann... read more
