The sheets were dirty and the bed was uncomfortable. They also did not see my reservation online so it took a while to get checked in and they weren’t even sure if they had a room available for me.
Tough, time consuming check-in. Pros: Great location for what I was there for. Cons: Better CSR training. Breakfast tasted terrible, Bistro tables on one wall of the lobby, People coming and going walking through tables. Location: work. Nothing else. You go to Killdeer for work. They tried to charge my credit card for the room, even though I already paid through Expedia. The clerk wrote down my confirmation number and allowed me to stay without running my credit card. Work Pros: I dont like Small room and so expensive, taxes over 30%. Woowwws that is insane..... I dont recomend this hotel
