Found a huge hair in my chicken quesadilla and then was served shots with bugs in them. Very dirty place and the staff is horrible

Well, first off, my sister reserved the Captain's table 2 weeks ago and you all told us someone else was at it and you couldn't tell them to move. But you had papers "Reserved for Lloyd" on tables in the back. We wanted the Captain's table because we all planned on playing pool. But since you stuck us in the back, it was harder for us to play pool and still mingle with our friends and family. Therefore, we never got to play pool. Terrible service the manager chase argued with me on the phone . I'll never go back.
I really loved this place until tonight when I came in and had a rude server and I ended up having a ptsd episode because because of her. I'm very disappointed cause I liked this place, but looks like I won't be visiting this establishment anymore.
