Service seemed really slow most of the night. No one was looking to work, it was like they were there to hang out. Waitresses were clueless when asked questions about menu items.
Same as the other reviews. They need to restart and get some employees that pay attention. Was there last night and several wait staff around with few customers and no attention to the customers. Do not recommend this place at all unless you like to wait forever to get anything. It took quite awhile to even find someone to help me at the bar.
Came in the place wasn't busy at all waited 20 mins, had to flag down a waitress to get menus. Asked about the dart boards waitress said she would get us a set of darts. She came back 20 mins later to get our order couldn't answer any questions about drinks or stuff on the menu. No darts either. Mentioned darts again, oh I'll be right back with them. Bathrooms are disgusting. They need to clean more.
4 of 5 of us liked the food we got, the philly steak, was not philly steak, it was ground beef mixed with cheese, YUCK,,,,,, not a great looking food at all, and did not care for the taste. NO refill offered on drinks, waitress needed to be more attentive . could have been back more often, not that many people there.
Waited and finally had to go find a waitress. My wife and I use to come here more. I guess unless you're in your 30 ' they don't need your business.
Just walked in the hot shots in Arnold was there about 15 minutes the place was not busy because the waitress was sitting at the bar talking to some guy the whole time I was there , no one ever came over and asked me if I wanted a drink or a menu or anything for that matter so I packed my pool cues up and left. I'm sure there is a business here in town that would like to have my money but apparently it is not this place.
