Waitress are rude, we had a horrible experience there just last Saturday and still my wife has not been contacted by anybody about the situation. We won’t be eating there again. Waitress was even allowed to yell at my wife “don’t let me catch your husband outside” unreal

Went in today to get food with my husband and friend to watch game. Our waitress ad soon as she was taking our order was completely rude, didn’t listen Ignore me when I was trying to order my drink to stare at my husband. Then walked away did not let me finish ordering and then proceeded to go talk to her other waitresses and bartenders. She never even put the order in. Staff were more concerned about waiting on their friends than waiting on actual customers
I’ve been here a few times, and it’s been ok service. But this last time, I most definitely will never return. The servers looked high as hell, couldn’t even give my husband a clean cup. Said it was to much of trouble to walk across the bar for one. Then to call my husband rude names, and when we were leaving to ask us where her tip was.!? Managers do better!! We will never return.

Ok. I have always enjoyed hotshots but man, they need to fix this place. The past 3 times I have been there over the past 3-4 months has been awful. Food has been cold, hair in it, just bad. And it’s not even cooked properly. Overcooked burgers, undercooked wings. The only good thing about it is the beer and the extensive amount of TVs to watch football. It’s such a good environment but just terrible service and food. Time to watch football somewhere else.
Yes, I understand short staff etc. But when you are sitting there for 50 mins after you order. And see three other tables around, who showed up after you get there food and both the waitress and manager make excuses. It was ridiculous, just own it. My order was miss placed or passed over. I get it, but the server became a snot and bratty about it. I won't be back.

horrible environment, management is a waste of space, don't waste your time there. plenty of options that are better.
