Friends and I met here before seeing a movie for dinner & drinks. Usually it's a decent place, we don't expect much, but appreciate good service. This was not one of those times... the place was busy, it always is. The waitress was not up to the task at hand, she made it a point to inform us it was her first time out on the floor 3 times! My wings were good. My 2 friends didn’t like their wings at all. One sent them back. Didn’t get part of one order because the waitress thought she said she didn’t want it?? We had a 2 year old and there are no high chairs or booster seats. Also we were told they have a policy when you pay cash if under 50 cents, it was to the lower dollar, and if over .50, was to the higher dollar. They keep the change without asking. ?? Both friends said they will never eat there again.

Went there for a beer and dinner, got beer in a hurry, was sitting at the bar and the waitress never returned to take my food order , 30 mins went by , finished my beer... went somewhere else to eat Probally an ok place if you just want to drink , it's very noisy though , food items on the menu looked good, unfortunately I'm not gonna spend my money at a place when they don't give a shit about their customers

AND my friend got assaulted and they still made him pay his tab after not calling the cops. I will never go to this hot shots again. I'd rather drive to St.charles.

Ugh. Long island should be pretty simple disgusting....service terrible... just bc you are in shorts and too little top doesn't mean you can come back to me 20min later.....nasty.
Slow service , warm draft beer , appetizers came out with the food,and could not get a refill because the bar was "busy" as I watch the bartender eat her dinner behind the bar with making drinks and not washing her hands inbetween bites of food......... terrible. Hope someone see this and cleans that place up!

compared to the other locations in the area the service here is by far the worst. Every time I go here I end up waiting at least 10 mins before someone decides to finally serve me since the girls behind the bar want to focus on flirting with one certain group of guys over paying attention to any other customers. They are in the service industry do your job and serve! If I ignored customers like they do I would have been fired a long time ago.
