All the staff here is very friendly, willing to help and takes their time to make sure you understand the treatment plan. I have gotten services heree, as have both my children. I have been pleased with all aspects of their customer service and treatment.
My son has been been under BFO’s care for the last 7 years. We have never had an issue. The staff are amazing and are always so friendly and kind. Dr T and Dr Wadler are the best. I never leave without getting a warm hello from Dr T. My son is so comfortable with the staff and strangely, always looks forward to his appointments (he seems to overlook that it’s sometimes accompanied by a little pain 😁).
