I had surgery yesterday at HPH and wanted to say how wonderful everyone was. From the moment I walked in I was taken care of promptly and with the utmost courtesy. I want to say thank you to Amanda, Heather, Ben, Anna and Sara. Especially to Dr Torres and Arick. I had absolutely the best care. Even Miriam and Karen made sure I was doing well. Kudos to whomever is in charge of staffing. You have done a wonderful job.
Yesterday I had rotator cuff surgery at Houston Physicians Hospital. They were on time and very efficient. My surgery had to be setup differently with no iv pain meds because I have had some life threatening reactions over the last year to two very different meds. Instead the anesthesiologist gave me a nerve block and the lightest anesthesia possible. This is one of the best serviced and patient friendly Hospitals in the Houston and surrounding area by Far ! I had a Stellar patient experience here when I had my back surgery done by one of the Best attending Surgeons , Dr Santos ! I highly recommend this facility and its staff !!
My sister had total knee replacement and we had the most wonderful care I have ever seen. Thank you dr Torres and thank you to the awesome staff that took care of us. Special thanks to Cody and Robbie for their patience and special care they gave us.
This hospital is the best! Whether it's in the surgical room or the financial department you can't ask for anything more in a hospital!!!!
