RecommendedI would compair the room to a cruise ship, and the staff the same way. warm room and staff, and deceint food. As you can see i cant spell. But I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE. coming back for the other knee real soon
This is an amazing hospital. The staff is very kind and courteous. They take the time you need to feel comfortable. I would definitely come here again.
I had knee replacement surgery on August 8th. Everyone from before check-in to now was very helpful in letting me know what to expect and what to do after my surgery. I have never been so relaxed before a surgery in my life. I was treated like family in every phase of my journey. I will definately recommend this facility to anyone needing care. Wonderful staff and wonderful facility. I felt very at ease when I had an MRI a few months ago, and again when I had knee surgery yesterday.

I just want to say thank you to the incredible staff at Houston Physician's Hospital. Everyone was so nice, professional, and accommodating. The place was crazy busy but somehow they managed to make me feel as if I was their only patient and their top priority. No easy feat, I'm sure. Things could not have been any better! Thanks to all who tended to me today!
The nursing staff and billing staff are all very nice and helpful. My husband has had 3 surgeries here in 6 years. The staff is always wonderful.
