Absolutely the worst experience I have had,and we have been using H&R block since 2018. Lanisha did our taxes..terrible customer service! She did not explain anything to us , usually our tax preparer explains every detail to us about our taxes. We had moved out of state in 2022 and came back in February of 2023, she didn't even ask us when we moved back . Our refund was about 1000 less than it usually is ,and she overcharged us by about 100$,we usually pay about 90$-120 at H&R block. She actually had us leave her office afte... read more

Teri, LaNisha and the kind receptionist at this location were amazing and always on top of everything! After filing early federal, I found out I had to also file out of state, for part-time business done there in 2022. Needless to say, they helped me with everything and were available, while taking a huge load off my mind, just before the tax deadline (Teri has an incredible personality, to boot). I am so glad I was in Rhome, Texas with such a competent and great staff. I’ll be back next year.
Horrible customer service. No point in making an appointment as that evidently makes no impact on what time you will be seen. Always had good luck with H&R Block at other locations. Ended up leaving before I could be seen as there was no telling when I would get in. Location of business is wrong on GPS as well.
