Everthing was great! We could not have been more pleased. From our arrival to leaving was first class. We had a few things to handle regarding the computers and TV. These things were handled immediately. The people assisting us upon arrival were extremely nice and helpful. The other workman were very friendly and took care of the issues quickly. Beyond expectation... We were blown away by the beautiful, tastefully decorated, and very well appointed condo that we stayed in. Often vacation rentals are outfitted with the bare minimum basics when it comes to kitchen ware, linens and decor. Not so with this one! It felt like we were in a very warm, very inviting luxury home. Mike and HRG really outdid themselves when they planned the perfect group vacation for us at Casa Tropical. From sport fishing, to tours, to even our own private chef. Everything was great and we will definitely be making this trip each year as a tradition. thanks so much Mike
We stayed here for one week. There were 6 of us. The reason we went to this area was to attend a wedding close by. We could not have been more pleased. I do not have anything negative to say. We loved it. It has a North American influence to it so we enjoyed feeling right at home here while we toured the beautiful country of Costa Rica. We rented a car to get here, no GPS, (may have been helpful, not sure as this area does not have alot of signage as many streets are unnamed or in Spanish). The Los Suenos Resort is a one stop shop for the best vacation ever if you like great accommodations, fine restaurants, golf, spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and the best sportsfishing in the world. You don't have to leave the resort because it has everything for everybody, but HRG offers great excursions into the region also. I am not one to sit and write a review but after our recent stay at Casa Tropical I felt compelled to share my experience. Our group consisted of two families four adults and six children. I can't begin to describe how nice it is to actually have a place to call home after a full day of Costa Rican activities. I was impressed by the beautiful landscape and luxury condo. The condo was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing by the beautiful pool. I would recommend the location to anyone looking to relax and enjoy the luxurious side of Costa Rica. The condo also had a great view of the sunset.
We had a great vacation and it was all made possible by HRG! From the moment we arrived they gave us personal attention in every way! Our vacation started at the HRG offices which are conveniently located three minutes from the resort where we stayed. Ricardo checked us in at the HRG office and he did a great job to make sure all of our questions were answered. Our vacation on Los Sue�os was fantastic and our accomodations at the Del Mar Condominiums were superb. Ricardo with HRG Properties was great to work with and really went the extra mile to make our stay the best it could be. They stocked the kitchen with the grocery list we provided and helped with booking our zip line adventure.
