I recently took my family to Los Sueos. We went there wanting a first class trip at a reasonable price. I could not have asked for a better vacation or nicer accommodations. My friends and I went to celebrate my birthday and we had an extraordinary experience. The people, food, and atmosphere were completely phenomenal. When we departed back to Chicago, one of my friends noticed that he forgot his money in the security box. We called when we landed and the money was transferred the next day. We enjoyed it so much that we can't wait to go back. Thank you for your time.
From the time we inquired about available to condos and rates, to the time we checked out, the response and service of the HRG staff was impressive, always quick to respond, with clear detailed answers, everything was as it was portrayed to be or better, the condo in Del Mar was impeccable, in perfect conditions, and totally equipped, we felt like we were at home! An amazing family vacation! Resort was extremely safe and absolutely beautiful. The discription and photos of resort and condo were very accurate. I would highly recommend this property. All of the activities that we did were great. We zip lined, rented ATV's, went on a crocadile boat and went offshore fishing. All of these activities were an amazing experience. My colleague and I traveled to Costa Rica to spend learning time on an agricultural clean-fuel plantation. We didn't have time to thoroughly enjoy the beauty and facilities of the Los Suenos Condo provided for us, but it was a beautiful facility indeed. e recently had the opportunity to experience the exquisite property and setting of this Tropical Beauty. It was truly beyond our wildest dreams that we could host a lovely gathering here where everyone enjoyed themselves beyond measure. The good people at HRG were super, making our stay from start to finish, easy and worry free. Los Sueos resort. Excellent resort to stay and easy access for fishing boats, tours and restaurants. The people are just wonderfull ! Pura vida vacation for sure !!!
Great Condo, beautiful view, close to all amenties. The condo was as described on the website, and 5 star accommodations. Staff were friendly and helpful, and all our requests were fulfilled. Condo was equipped with all your needs. We had one problem with the faucet in master bedroom, within 30 mins maintenance were there to fix it. Would certainly recommend the condo to stay, and with access to the private Beach Club pool, bar its an added attraction.
