Great fast customer service. Easy application and all online or by email. Called a few other places for roll off inquiries and was either never called back or the person I talked to was rude. Highly recommend HTM and will definitely use them again.

Contact and communication easy; website description(s) for use/sizes available made it simple to select; staff reply and form submission quick (Docusign for contract). Didnt need a lot of lead time, called on Tuesday for dumpster delivery on Friday everything went smoothly. Driver personable and called, as indicated, with delivery time estimate. Efficient - placed the dumpster exactly where Id requested.
Service was good - from the first contact to get info all the way to ordering a bin for the second time. Communication was good, including contacts with the office staff as well as calls from the drivers to provide drop off time for the bins. Thank you HTM!
