Office to delivery personnel very professional, courteous and outstanding customer service!!
They were on time and ready to work .... efficient and reliable.
They came on time ready to work. One guy spent the whole time in my giant mango tree with a chainsaw carefully pruning. Exactly what i wanted. There was also a cleanup crew that constantly cleared out the debris. Im totally pleased with the process and the finished product.
From office staff, estimator and the field crew was all wonderful to work with. I spent all day with the crew and they worked hard and efficiently. They were all courteous, professional and great in communicating when question arises. The lead person kept me informed on progress and expectations. HTM was highly recommended and they did not disappoint. I would use them again in the future and would recommend to others. ***********************

I am a property manager and hire HTM Contractors for regular maintenance of very tall trees hanging over a seawall. They are consistently professional as well as stewards of the ocean, by collecting the debris thst falls in the ocean using thoughtful planning and netting. I appreciate being able to depend on them for safety, and the guidance of an experienced, licensed arborist. Mahalo HTM!

We rented a dumpster from this company. When they delivered it they destroyed our rock mailbox. We tried to find a fair solution with them, but they have utterly failed to take any responsibility. They are pointing to a part of the contract that they did not point out to us that they feel relieves them of any responsibility for any damage that they do to the property. They charged us full price for the dumpster and refuse to pay for any damages. Be very careful if you work with this company.
