Verified Renter Nice complex, pleasant office and maintenance employees. Unfortunately because of COVID19, we have not been able to use the clubhouse amenities.

Verified Renter My experience living at Hudson 5401 Apartments has been wonderful! My 2 young boys and I have lived here for 9 months now. We frequently take our dog on walks around the pond, ride bikes on the property sidewalks, play ping pong, order food from the weekly food trucks parked outside, and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate from the clubhouse on cold days. But we do miss those hot days at the pool! The staff is very professional and friendly, addressing any needs quickly. This is a great place to call home!

Love it here! The property management company does an amazing job with planning activities/things for their residents even during these times. From virtual gane nights to gift baskets dropped off at your door, it’s evident they care about their residents!

Verified Renter If youre looking for somewhere very nice yet affordable, this is the place for you. Everything about this complex is wonderful; the amenities, the staff and maintenance workers, and the buildings themselves are in wonderful condition. Everything is very new. This is also a very nice community, everyone is friendly and its very safe here.

Verified Renter I was in a bit of a time crunch to find a place. I had previously looked at multiple other options with out any luck. I either felt like the staff where only there to collect a check or the apartment complex just wasn't up to the standards for what they wanted to charge me. Then I found Hudson 5401. Verified Renter The apartments are beautiful and the community is top notch. They really work very hard to keep the community clean...which I truly appreciate. Everyone in the leasing office is very responsive via phone or email. They do alot of little special things to make residents feel appreciated. Food trucks, giveaways, etc. They are excellent at communicating anything regarding the community. Eric, Sommer and Ryan are awesome!
