Verified Renter The management team here is superior in informing residents of community events and overall general correspondence that affect all residents. Creative in including residents in fun activities (COVID 19) distancing of course with online trivia and games as well as surprises delivered to your front door. They quickly address concerns with noise and other nuisances that tend to occur in and around apartment grounds.

Verified Renter Overall good community, its new and quiet. Its a bit costly compared to other places and theres a bad insect problem on first floors so I wouldnt recommend a first floor. But it is pretty quiet if you get the right neighbors and staff is nice. Id recommend a two bedroom to get the best experience here.

Great Experience! We love living at Bloomfield at 5401 North! All of the staff is super helpful with any questions I have. Shout out to Tressa for making our move-in as smooth as possible! The location is beautiful and in a very convenient spot. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a spot in/near Raleigh.
