"Exceeded expectations" I was in Charleston from out of town. The chrome strip on the bottom of the driver's door got pulled off and was hanging. I only had one day to have it repaired before having to leave Charleston. When I called, they checked and found they had the part in and told me to bring it on. I could tell they were swamped, but Danny signed me in and got it going. I left with friends and told him I could pick it up as late as they needed to keep it. "My Experience at Charleston Nissan" Although I didn't have an appointment, I was still able to get my oil changed and vehicle checked, within a reasonable time. That meant a lot to me, being that it was my only day off, and I truly didn't want to spend it at Nissan. Seth is a man of is word, he said "he would have me out in a reasonable time" and he did just that.

"My visit" It was a good experience, I believe the salesperson that served me was Danny.. He was very nice.. They also served snacks and coffee which helped me stay focus that early in the morning...
