Bryan was very pleasant, thorough and kept me notified as needed. I had 2 service issues. I did not receive the video that the serviceman indicated that he had sent in either email or text. Bryan had to ask twice if the tire issue had been resolved. And $289 to replace a brake light? Seriously?
