"No pressure buying " No pushy salesman!!! Daemion was wonderful. He seemed very honest and he was so polite. We had previously had a really bad car buying experience with McElveen which left us with a bad taste in our mouth about used car salesmen. But I can honestly say that the people at Charleston Nissan were very nice and they act like they care if you come back for business or not. Thanks to everyone for helping us.
"Best Customer Service Ever!" I have been having an issue with my new Nissan Altima 2017 that I purchased at Hudson Nissan since November 2017. We have been taking my car there and ABSOLUTELY NO one could figure out what the problem was. "Great experience " Over all experience was great my only complaint is I made an appointment for 8:30 for a oil change . I left dealership at 10:30
"routine maintenance" Enjoyed working with Jim Bancone, my service advisor. Jim kept me informed of the status of my service, made recommendations of additional needs, and had the car to me almost when promised.
"Quick and great!" I had an appt for an oil change and open recall. I was told when I called it would take around 2 hours to complete. I was in and out in about an hour and they even changed my brake fluid. Great customer service!
