"Hassle-free" Told Michael what I was looking for, he delivered a pristine Versa Note that looks like it just came off the dealer showroom floor. "Great car buying experience" Everyone at Charleston Nissan was helpful and made the process as easy as possible. Conor Sullivan was great to work with. I do encourage new potential car buyers to possibly question the "free oil changes" for life, because you do pay for that and I didn't really process that until after I returned home that evening. Overall though, this is a fantastic dealer to work with and I believe you will find the respect within Nissan exists thoroughly here!

"Professional, respectful, and all the best of "old school"" Not posting a long review, but I have been buying a new car about every 2-3 years over the past 3 decades. I have dealt with Honda, Mazda, Hyundai, BMW and Infinity dealers (Honda was by far, the worst). Purchased many new cars, off the showroom floor, etc. Out of all of my car buying experiences, I can say, without hesitation, that Greg Gould is my favorite salesman, by far. But when I walked to Charleston Nissan and met the sales person, Jordan, everything was easy and helpful. He helped us find the car and price rage we wanted. He was honest and dedicated to his job. "Best Dealership" I arrived at Charleston Nissan to try to resolve an issue I had on. Previous leased car I had traded in at Hendricks Honda (1st and last mistake I'll ever make). I had just purchased the Honda HRV in Jan. 2016. Terry Breedlove resolved this major issue. I was ready to return to be the loyal customer I had been for many years. Greg Gould took over the process.
