"Best Customer Service Ever!" I have been having an issue with my new Nissan Altima 2017 that I purchased at Hudson Nissan since November 2017. We have been taking my car there and ABSOLUTELY NO one could figure out what the problem was. After speaking with the service manager and the 800 customer service with NO resolutions, we took our car to Morris Nissan and both Ryan and Kyle were phenomenal! "routine maintenance" Enjoyed working with Jim Bancone, my service advisor. Jim kept me informed of the status of my service, made recommendations of additional needs, and had the car to me almost when promised.
"Quick and great!" I had an appt for an oil change and open recall. I was told when I called it would take around 2 hours to complete. I was in and out in about an hour and they even changed my brake fluid. Great customer service!
"Everything was smooth and easy" Cart was in for oil change and "engine service". The service advisor (Jim) was professional and thorough. The waiting area was comfortable and well stocked with coffee, snacks and sodas.

"They are experienced knowlgable and very friendly" From the minute you get there they care Danny is one of the best They have coffee or sodas and treats in the waiting room for you. Everyone is very friendly They put you first I would not go any where else.
