"Would have given an excellent rating except:" Would have given an excellent rating except that after the deal was signed, I was told that the vechicle only had one key. If I would have know this beforehand, I would have tried to negotiate to get a second key - even if it was a valet type key. This just made me leave on a sour note after an otherwise good experience.
"Excellent sales associate and finance person" Mr. Clay Wickersham was a great sales associate He had a lot of patience and took his time to explain all the suv to me I had gone to other dealerships looking but it was Clay that brought me back to Charleston Nissan on Savannah Highway He was a honest salesperson. "No pressure buying " No pushy salesman!!! Daemion was wonderful. He seemed very honest and he was so polite. We had previously had a really bad car buying experience with McElveen which left us with a bad taste in our mouth about used car salesmen. But I can honestly say that the people at Charleston Nissan were very nice and they act like they care if you come back for business or not. Thanks to everyone for helping us.
"Best Customer Service Ever!" I have been having an issue with my new Nissan Altima 2017 that I purchased at Hudson Nissan since November 2017. We have been taking my car there and ABSOLUTELY NO one could figure out what the problem was.
