"Great experience with Charleston Nissan service department" Danny and other service team members were professional, friendly and efficient and took time to make sure we understood what needed to be repaired and why. Nice experience in waiting room with TV, magazines and updated amenities of coffee, snack and cold drink machines.

"Purchase of a new Nissan Frontier" This was a smooth, enjoyable experience with a team of genuinely professional and knowledgeable staff. "Past issues with dealer &/or service department now redeemed" Had a couple issues with service department and salesman initially and within first 2 months, car is only 2.5 months old anyway. The issues in the past were redeemed by BECCA BAMMAN in service. "Oil change" Went in for oil change. They completed a recall I needed also. All the work was done quicker than expected. A little expensive, but that is to be expected at a dealership. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
