"Nice people" Nice people. Could have cleaned my car better with such an expensive service, but service manager assured me it would be handled differently in the future.
"It was fast and great!" Went to get car serviced and it took about 30 min. And everyone was great! They had all kinds of free drinks and snacks, not that I care but that, but it was pretty cool that all that stuff was available for everyone!
"Truly Awesome" I had a wheel problem while traveling or I thought I did. Danny took my car in first thing on Monday morning and shuttled me and friends to downtown, Discovered I just had dirt in the wheel but I did have another very serious issue that was corrected the same day. Didn't try to upsell or anything. Great service, great guy. If I lived in Charleston, they would be my go to service guys.
"Best Customer service!" Mike Scarpaci was a gracious salesman! He took his time through looking at the new Nissan Rogue SL that I had researched online to actually seeing it, going over all the accessories, to buying it! "Charleston Nissan" I visited this dealership and had excellent customer service from Daemion Hubbard. He answered all the questions I had and walked me through the process. The employees are very friendly and smiley which is comforting. I am very happy with my purchase from this dealership.

"Great Oil Change Service" When I arrived, the check in was quick and easy. The people are very knowledgeable and friendly. The waiting time was a little over an hour, but they included a truck wash, which I needed badly due to hauling downed tree limbs to the recycle center.
