Bad service seems to not exist. Bad service seems to not exist. They took more than 4 hours for an oil change and tire alignment service. Luckily I was entertained looking at cars... but it was terrible.

Waited 2hr 45min for oil change. Waited 2hr 45min for oil change. Arrived early at 10:30am and was told I can get in early. Didn’t get my keys back until 1:20pm. Also requested to have air put in my tires, that wasn’t done. Also requested to have my fluid topped off. That wasn’t done. I wonder if my tires were even rotated or oil was even changed.

I’m saying this because the last time I had a oil change I’m saying this because the last time I had a oil change and tire rotation they sent me a video of what was going on what they say but this time they didn’t so this is why I’m saying this, if they did rotated my tires and maybe they don't check tire pressure they didn’t put air in them especially the front 2 and my rotors has some rust and probably need to be resurface I don’t know cause they didn’t send me a video nor did they say they found anything but it’s OK.
