Minimal wait time (1 minute) upon arriving in service Minimal wait time (1 minute) upon arriving in service bay. Met with a warm welcome. Service professional was welcoming and helpful, even though HE was not my usual service expert (I provided her name upon making my appointment). Waiting area was clean. Wait time longer than expected. Noticed my vehicle was completed and moved to a waiting area. I had to initiate action in order to get my service expert to “check me out’.

I feel that Hudson Nissan bent over backwards to take I feel that Hudson Nissan bent over backwards to take care of my truck. The service advisor, Patrick Martens went over and beyond to take care of me. It was the 4th of July and they were open! Patrick from the time we checked in has been unbelievable!!! He gave me constant updates. After the second week I asked Patrick if there was a loaner I could use while my truck was being worked on.
