My experience was most excellent. My experience was most excellent. I had an 8:00 appointment, and I was on my way out of there at 8:20. That is efficiency. Jake and his support staff were terrific from the time I wheeled into the garage. I couldn't have been more pleased. I was kept informed of everything that needed to be done to my vehicle every step of the way throughout the day. Couldn't be happier. Great group of professionals.

Had a nail in my tire, 3rd time this year, 2nd time in 3 Had a nail in my tire, 3rd time this year, 2nd time in 3 weeks. I showed up after work without an appointment and was grateful to get in as it was around 3pm. Justin is my advisor, however as usual he was too busy and I was pawned off to the last advisor from the last visit. I wasn't impressed with him last time, he's slow and Justin had to get involved just to get me updated after beingthere 2hrs.
