A bit miffed to learn I’d get no help with the toolbox from a Nissan dealer. Apparently NOT full service! Battery was found to be defective and authorized its replacement. Great experience! Great experience! They got me in at my appointment time and it was quick even thought it was a bigger job and the workmanship was top notch! I waited because I live out of town and the waiting area was comfortable and inviting. Brought work, waiting area had charging and internet access! Drinks (soda, water, and coffee, with good creamer) were available and complimentary. Bathrooms were clean and well kept. I found the Service Advisor who checked me in to be rude I found the Service Advisor who checked me in to be rude and disinterested in anything remotely resembling quality customer service. I had an appointment at 1000am, arrived 10 minutes ahead of time, and was informed that my oil change and tire rotation would take 1 & 1/2 hours to 2 hours. The.
