Service I believe the service is excellent. The facility is clean and the wait is not long. They provide a place for young children to be occupied, which is great. (Although I don't have any young children, I just noticed this is not at facilities where I have had previous cars serviced.) The department is always professional, polite and will help a customer the best way they can, even though you can see they may be tired and its late in the evening.
Fast and Efficient Alex Levy was my Advisor and he was courteous and very helpful. I feel that after telling him my displeasure of what had transpired since October that he went well above to make me happy. Best buying experience I've ever had Ron Hannon is a pro !! This was the best buying experience I've ever had. Traded a Chevy Silverado on a Nissan Titan and never set foot in the dealership. We worked it out over the phone and the truck was in my driveway several hours later(100 miles from the dealership). I will buy from again.
Maintenance Service Perhaps the finest service Dept I've ever used. Always courteous and professional - never a surprise. I was especially impressed when the maintenance rep took ownership of a warranty item and got it approved for repair - that just doesn't happen unless you want to be #1. I highly recommend Hudson and will be a customer for life.
Buy a nissan truck I just completed buying my 4th car/truck from mr. Ron Hannon the first three were toyotas this is a Nissan Frontier,the only reason I didn't buy a Toyota is Ron does not sell them.His knowledge of the product and his help thru the buying process is what sold the truck.I respect his knowledge and guidance when buying this truck thanks RON.
