Poor management, have spoken to numerous managers about the tenants that feel like it’s ok to speed out of the parking garage that goes straight into the parking lot of another apartment complex. Their tenants and guests occupy private parking for the building next door with zero regard to the people that live there.
Adrian was absolutely amazing with helping us find a place for our daughter. When it was time to move in Adrian went over all the details with us and help us with any issues that we came across. Patrick help to insure that our HVAC was in working properly he also helped us install a temporary AC unit during the intense heat wave just to make sure that we were able to stay at a comfortable temperature. I strongly advise against choosing this place based on my recent experience with the management staff. Unfortunately, the manager displayed a significant lack of professionalism and courtesy. Despite several attempts to reach out for assistance, the response was consistently rude and unhelpful. It's clear that customer service is not a priority here, and the management does not possess the necessary skills to handle resident concerns effectively. I have recently just moved to the US and Arizona. I had already looked at a few other apartment buildings but I was yet to try the Hudson. Immediately, you feel so welcomed by all the leasing staff who are extremely polite and do the best they can to help you with your concerns, Samantha and Britney were my main points of contact throughout the process of looking and they did a fantastic job. So far so good. I have not moved in yet, but touring the place and signing the lease has been a great experience. Brittany has been super helpful and everything has been going smoothly and better than any other complex I have toured or lived in, except for fellow Mark Taylor properties which were equally as pleasant.
