the actual encounter was great, my tech was fabulous, she introduced.herself, explained the procedure etc. the front office staff was also excellent, but making the appointment and going through authorization was a 5 hour nightmare, and i would appreciate receiving a call from your leadership team so that i may explain some opportunities for improvement. thank you and blessings
