Had excellent customer service. I arrived in the late afternoon as a walk=in for a chest xray wanted that day by my MD. The women at the front desk checked me in very quickly and sent me to sit down. Almost at once a young man came and finished the check in process and then almost immediately the tech took me in and did the xrays. I was in and out in minutes. And everyone was really nice, friendly. Couldn't have had a better experience.

Staff were great besides.. I had a 6:15 am appointment for a full body PET/CT scan. Was asked to arrive 30 minutes earlier so that they can inject the medication required for the scan. And if I didn't show it would cost me $500. I was not called back until about 6:30 am, waited in a chair for another 10 minutes, given the medication and waited another 45 min. I was the first appointment. It should not have taken that long. Plus, I start work at 5am and had to miss a half days of work.
I had a great experience with the tech who easily. Found blood for my PET injection. The supervisor for the Pet Scans made the injection easy. He is always helpful and kind. Everyone made me feel comfortable and the PET scan was smooth and quick. After the scan was finished I was offered a snack after fasting most of the day. I've had lots of PET scans in the past 2 1/2 years and they are always smooth and well done. Pasadena Radient Images.
