The techs were knowledgeable and helpful. One suggestion I have is for the techs to repeat the directions twice with patients before the mri. When I had my biopsy at Hill the staff found a way to repeat all of the instructions about what the process would be so even though I was nervous I had a chance to hear what I needed to know twice. Patients who are getting ready for an mri would benefit from this process.
