I was a walk in but stilll waited less than 15minutes to be seen by radiologist. Actual X-rays took only 5 minutes

The technician was on time which meant I didn't have to wait more than five minutes. I am not certain of her name but she was so calm, a good listener to my concerns, and treated me with the utmost respect. I so appreciated her kindness which made for a really pleasant appointment for a not-so-pleasant procedure.

My technician was excellent: was very clear in how I had to position my body for the xray, helped me when the position was painful for me, and was patient when it took awhile for me to get and hold the position. She is very knowledgeable in being an xray technician.

The techs were very clear with instructions and they were courteous with gracious treatment. They treated me with respect and kindness throughout the process. The person who helped me I don’t remember his name but he was kind and very helpful. It was a good experience.
