I was pretty shaken having gotten word that I needed breast biopsy. It’s something you never want to hear you need or have done. I felt incredibly vulnerable and scared about the situation. But Dr. Foran was so very kind, calm and reassuring and made me feel at ease instantly.. All the techs were so wonderful as well. I’m not sure who placed their hand on my back during the procedure or if it was part of the biopsy but it was exactly what I needed at that very moment and I’ll never forget that. All the staff is very professional and courteous. They all introduced themselves and explained the procedure. I was helped upon entering the facility by a gentleman named Frank, who was excellent and very helpful. He even followed up at the end to see if everything was taken care of! I will continue to go there for my Imaging procedures.
